Noni, Lemongrass and Mint Tea

Wash fresh Noni leaves, lemongrass, and mint (I am also experimenting with hibiscus flower) and boil in water for approximately 10 minutes. While hot add raw honey, aquave,  and/or freshly grounded ginger for upset stomach if desired.  

The Noni is often referred to as "The Giving Tree."  It has numerous claims stating health benefits to include: anti inflammatory, joint pain, skin conditions, cardiovascular, diabetes and cancer fighting properties.
