I am happy to offer my training services either at my home, yours, local beaches, parks, or any location that inspires you to move. Each session will include a new workout that you will be able to use at home, your local gym, favorite beach, and more. I will bring all my equipment to you so there is never a need to worry about the upfront cost of purchasing equipment. Various types of equipment used are bands, TRX, agility ladders, stability and medicine balls, free weights, balance trainers, and of course one of the best pieces of equipment which is your own body weight. It is my goal for you to learn to love fitness and to look forward to your workout program. This is why you can expect me to create a new workout for you at each session so boredom never becomes an issue. I will teach you how your body can move more freely and effectively in ways you never thought imaginable. 

  Our first session will begin with an initial assessment. This assessment will help us to determine your postural alignment, level of balance, range of motion, your muscular, cardiovascular strength, and any additional needs that may need to be addressed. If you have a chronic illness, currently recovering from breast cancer mastectomy surgery, or an active aging adult I will ensure to create an assessment and work out that safely fits your current medical and fitness needs and goals. Lymphedema warm up exercises will also be taught if you have experienced cancer. 

  Once your initial assessment is completed we are ready to devise a new and exciting weekly program specifically for you. Be ready for me to check in with you throughout the week via email, texts, etc. It is important to me that we communicate even when we are not scheduled for our session so that you understand that you and I are a team and committed each day. I hope you will join me on this amazing journey! The process of reaching new fitness goals even if you may have a chronic illness can be both frustrating and rewarding. I am here to support and educate you throughout this process. I will ensure you begin to enjoy movement and exercise because you love your body and are grateful for the blessings it has given you.
